"I was so grateful to be able to watch Veranoa as many times as I needed to.
This style of learning really suits me because I take a while to grasp new things, but once I have it, that's it! I've got it.
It was like hours of 1:1 tutorials :)
I have learnt so much from watching Veranoa demonstrate the art of Taaniko in the video lessons.
I feel I can now confidently weave a Taaniko piece from start to finish.
I absolutely love learning from Veranoa and feel excited to learn more... She is awesome."
"It's been absolutely wonderful...
I was always getting bits and pieces from everyone, but no one has that much time to go over every single detail like the many videos with Veranoa explaining in detail."

Plant based threads like cotton and silk are the best.
Animal threads (like wool) tend have more stretch which makes it more difficult to weave taaniko.
Although it is not impossible and some people may prefer weaving taaniko with threads made from animal fibres.
Materials can be sourced around the world from most haberdasheries - online and offline.
